Dr. Elizabeth Fox received her medical degree from West Virginia University School of Medicine. She completed her residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at York Hospital in York, Pennsylvania. Dr. Elizabeth Fox is Board Certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology and a Fellow of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists (FACOG). In addition, Dr. Elizabeth Fox is the Chief of Obstetrics and Gynecology at Wythe County Community Hospital and the Preceptor for the Virginia College of Osteopathic Medicine (VCOM) Medical School in Blacksburg, Virginia and Lincoln Memorial University Medical School.

Wythe Physicians For Women’s ultrasounds are performed by our credentialed Ultrasonographer – Shawn K. Halsey, BS, ARDMS, who holds a Bachelor of Science in Diagnostic Medical Sonography and is certified through the American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS). In addition, he is certified to perform Nuchal Translucency ultrasounds through the Fetal Maternal Foundation and the Nuchal Translucency Quality Review Program (NTQR).
